Just a few presentation photos.

All the students did a great job on the presentations. Way to sell your work!

I think we are all back in real time.

Anyone who has done any sort of 24-hour gig knows that the SECOND day after the 24+ is the roughest. It's when you feel like a train has hit your body all over. But worse, you all almost up to speed mentally but everything is just a little off. It's a strange feeling.

Surround yourself with warm, fuzzy things and you will survive.

in case you didn't know... we finished!

ok so I'm laying in bed. Peyton has had her delicious Ukrop dinner and is now chillin at home without Phil or boys.

Today went extremely well. We had the Richmond Times-Dispatch reporter with us for at least and hour and he was so impressed he made sure to let the PR people for the university know. Surprisingly enough, I didn't cry at any meeting but I feel the tears well at a few points. I mean I was going on 30 hours without sleep. NOTE: For anyone who says there's no way - oh YES way! Most of us didn't even get a 10 minute cat nap. It's possible to do and so worth it.

We will be posing more thoughts this weekend along with photos and recaps from the group presentations. And be sure to be on the look out for the T-D! I will be sure to post a link once it's up.

Thank you everyone who helped and supported Peyton and I in this journey. We are so proud to call this project our "baby" and know that we are really helping people who deserve it.

Next up, we have the task of taking on copy edits and sending this stuff into production by April 23!!!!

it's 6:44 am and I haven't even had a cat nap...

No seriously. Most everyone is just hardcore working right now and it's amazing me. Peyton is downstairs in a "printer crisis"... oh no!

What's really strange is that when logging onto facebook I see recent updates from CreateAthon Campus participants and people who are getting ready for work... work???

I would also like to throw out there that one of our VSU students has a MIDTERM EXAM at noon. She's not napped either and we're hoping that the intro to sociology material somehow sinks in and she isn't too sleep deprived taking her exam! Now that is crazy!!!

Just in: Peyton is bowing to the printers hoping they start working!

GOOOALLLLLLLLL

he's going to be a professional soccer player one day...

a little talk before i post a ton of photos...

so i hear fans are hungry ... (ahem WILL)...we're getting a bit tired, snacking a lot but let me just say that a TON of work has gotten done and we have crossed that threshold and every group is rocking it out and on track! we only have 9 hours until presentations... inSANE!

here are our favorite quotes of the evening:

- "They were starting to get the wild dog eyes, 'I'm gonna go feral'!"
- "Door hangers are the HERPES if CreateAthon"
- "I'm working on a Newport buzz"
